Providing feedback should be constructive and lead to safe learning. Learners in this age and time are sensitive to feedback and have issues on reception. In doing so, it is essential that this feedback outlines a set of objective and fair information and most importantly creates a safe learning environment of these learners. One challenge in giving feedback is how the recipient accepts the information. Learner take information differently, some take information based on its value while others take time to process and engage a deep dive conversation with the person providing feedback. To overcome these challenges, I would have to at least know the background of the learner in order to establish a full knowledge and complete understanding where he/she is coming from.
