Grading for this course will be based on the following:

·         Group Presentations are evaluated using the following criteria:

This criteria will be used by the faculty-in-charge, and the students, in evaluating the presentation.  Members of the presenting group will evaluate themselves based on the amount of contribution that they think they have made to the outcome of the presentation.

·         Written Outputs, Assignments & Reflection Papers are evaluated accordingly, criteria for which shall be given with the task.

 ·         Class Participation is evaluated by the faculty-in-charge each session:

 ·         The Research Output is a mini-research to be done in pairs, on a pre-determined topic of interest related to the concepts discussed in class.  The groups are expected to work on this project throughout the semester.  Worksheets (10%) are to be submitted on pre-determined deadlines and the final paper (80%) will be submitted at the end of the semester, which will be presented during the HPEd Expo (10%).

 ·         Final Examination will be given at the end of the semester, covering all organization and management concepts discussed in class.

 ·         The Final Project is an organizational analysis and a program management plan, parts of which will be worked on during the course.  Criteria for evaluation of the final project shall be given at the beginning of the course. Each student is expected to work on this project individually, throughout the semester.  Worksheets (10%) are to be submitted on pre-determined deadlines and the final paper (90%) will be submitted at the end of the semester.
