    1. Frontalis
      1. Action: Elevates the eyebrow and creates creases in the forehead
    2. Corrugator Supercilli
      1. Action: Pulls the eyebrow towards each other, forming a frowning expression and vertical creases.
    3. Orbicularis Oculi
      1. Action: Pulls the upper and lower eyelid towards and away from each other, making the action of closing and opening the eye.
    4. Mentalis
      1. Action: They contract and pull the skin upwards forming the face of doubt
    5. Buccinator
      1. Action: In the cheek area that manages food and does the action of chewing
  2. Describe the mechanism of muscle weakness
    1. It start to result when the facial nerve (Cranial nerve VII) malfunction from its inflammation, the swollen nerve is compressed as it exits the skull in a narrow bony canal; It could also be triggered by a reactivation of a dormant virus by stress, trauma, or minor illness.
  3. Other symptoms the patient could exhibits as a result of facial muscle weakness
    1. Paralysis that can develop within 48 hours
    2. Drooling
    3. Inability to close one eye
    4. Facial pain
    5. Abnormal sensation
    6. Distorted sense of taste
    7. Intolerance to loud noise
