self-reflection is indeed one strategy to improve teaching especially in teaching topics for a number of time on different occasions. while we reflect on our experiences, we become more aware of what we need to change, how we would change, and what more can be done to improve our teaching skills. Learning from one's experiences and from other experiences are some of my ways in developing my teaching skills.
In preparing for lessons that i deliver online, i do research and plan ahead on how to engage the learner despite the barrier of not seeing each other personally.
