Hi Arden, thank you for this session. i have taught microteaching class too and like you, my students took the reflection sessions seriously. in fact, to some who have kept in touch with me, they said the class was "life-cahnging." the video recorded teaching won't lie so the microteachers can see if they are scattered in concepts, haggard, etc. my only concern however, is that to many others, they forget to reflect when they are back in their routine class activities and forget about the virtual microteaching taping of mandy. i pray you and your classmates will bring your own message for the rest of your teaching career.
