Even with my limited experience, I believe I am a good clinical teacher. The attribute that I have that make me one is the clinical competence in what I am teaching. I always keep myself up to date with the latest advancements and knowledge in my specialty and I am able to teach these to my students in the clinics. The attribute that I still need to develop is patience. I need to understand that not al students are the same and each has their own pace in learning.

Being up to date makes what you to teach current and relevant. A sign of a good teacher is one that continues to learn as well.

Individuals learn differently in terms of style and pace. That's why we need to be patient and creative to think of ways in which these differences can be considered in the kinds of learning opportunities that we create for the students.
