Probably the common scenario in teh college of medicine aka "group grade". I think the individual assessment is important and the assessor should've carried out the complete evaluation checklist and not just a group grade. Burn-out by the assessor in the Burn rotation?
Individual assessment and feedback is very important. There is also an advantage to group feedback , but it shouldn't be the ONLY way of giving meaningful feedback to students.
