It's not useful to just be told you did something right or wrong. I found it particularly useful for me whenever I am told what I did right and what I did wrong.

It's also better to say both the good and bad things, sometimes it can get frustrating when only the bad things are pointed out, and not really helpful for growth when only the good things are pointed out. It has to be both.

Meaningful feedback is specific and balanced. It's always a challenge for evaluators because it's easier to find fault than good :)
