1. When I was a student, I appreciate the Direct Feedback given to me by my mentor. This is because I am able to correct, reflect on the work that I am doing. As my mentor tells me the feedback, I am able to understand and create in my mind ways to correct the things which I am poor with. The least helpful feedback for me is the indirect feedback. This is too general and to broad. It may stimulate reflection, however as compared to a direct feedback where it is more targeted, there will be a chance that I will be in A "in denial" mode. Unlike Direct feedback, more targeted. If its wronbg, I will be called ASAP and will be able to correct actions.

2. Good feedback motivates the students to be better. Bad feedback will also help other students to be better however bad feedback can ruin focus and motivation.
