1. Know the parts of a comprehensive neonatal history and PE
2. Obtain an organized neonatal history and PE
3. Do APGAR scoring and Ballard's scoring
4. Elicit the developmental reflexes of the newborn
5. Accurately obtain anthropometric measurements of a neonate
