At the end of the 4 month rotation, the resident rotator will be able to:

1. Apply knowledge in the management and care of patients undergoing MIGS procedures

2. Demonstrate basic laparoscopic and hysteroscopic skills in the management of patients for MIGS procedure

3. Provide an optimum, effective and compassionate patient care to patients undergoing MIGS procedures imbued with professionalism and ethical sensitivity

4. Integrate evidence-based scientific and clinical information in the management and care of the patients undergoing MIGS procedure

5. Maintain a complete, accurate and legible medical records
