An example of a positive feedback is having a wound. Platelets are then drawn to the wound and releases substances that attract other platelets until they are already accumulated— clotting appears. This will then stopped when  the wound is sealed by the clots. 

 

As for a negative feedback, regulating temperature is an example of it and it can be seen in the day-to-day life of a human. Since the Philippines is a tropical country, it is common for temperature to raise. Hence, our brain gives signal to our body to release the heat in the form of sweat. The temperature will then drop and regulate the body temperature of a person.
