If you need access to your speaking notes while presenting your slides in a Zoom meeting, check out the link below for some tips. Personally, I use the "share portion of screen" option in the advanced share settings.

When using Microsoft Powerpoint in an online presentation, there is an option to run the viewer in a resizable window instead of being run in full screen (therefore not being able to see other windows aside from PPT). This might be useful when you need other files/scripts/programs/chats outside Powerpoint immediately at your disposal while sharing the presentation. This can be done by selecting Slide Show > Set up Slide Show > Browsed by an individual (window).
