Organization and Management (Section A)

After reading the material on Organizational change, plan out how you think your proposed program or project will impact your organization and how the emergent changes can be planned out and managed.

1. Provide a brief introduction of your proposed project.

2.  Explain what you think may be the impact of the project to the organization.  Consider all aspects of the organization.  Identify points of possible sources of conflicts within the organization.

3. Perform a Force-Field Analysis to show the restraining and driving forces that will influence the success of the project.

4.  Based on the results of the Force-Field Analysis, develop specific strategies you plan to do for your project.  Include strategies to manage possible conflicts.
