Organization and Management (Section A)

As a member of your organization, it is important that you are aware of the role of your organization in achieving the broader national plans.  After reading the materials on the National Health Plan, the Philippine Development Plan and the article on Transformative Education, your task is to reflect on the goals of your organization and how it contributes to these plans.  Answer the following guide questions in creating your output.

1. What specific strategies can your organization take to answer the call for transformational education that focuses on institutional reform
2. Which areas in the PDP and in the NOH do you think you can contribute to?
   • As an organization
   • As an individual who is part of your organization
3. What specific program being implemented by your organization do you think can contribute to achieving the PDP and NOH?

Scoring guide:

Strategies for transformational education - 20 pts

Contribution of organization to national plans - 20 pts.

Contribution to national plans as an individual - 20 pts.

Programs that contribute to national plans - 20 pts.
