If I had an hour to solve a problem I'd spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and 5 minutes thinking about solutions.”

Two important initial steps in any planning process is problem analysis and problem prioritization.

Therefore, your assignment is to be able to do the following:

  1. Identify a core problem that you want to change through a 'strategic action plan.'
  2. Analyze this core problem using available problem analysis tools. Your first output should be a graphical presentation of your problem analysis.
  3. After doing a detailed problem analysis, your next step is to do a problem prioritization. You can use the tools discussed in class to do problem prioritization.
  4. Your output two is a graphical presentation of your problem prioritization.
