In this video, Dong, keeping a 'personal' calendar which is actually work-related, is sharing the calendar. He is sharing the calendar to his boss so he can see all his (Dong) events. He also shares the calendar to a work colleague who often schedules meetings with the office staff. This colleague can only know whether Dong is busy or free in a given date and time.
