  2. Chapter 2 Introduction to the Report
    • Purpose of the Evaluation
    • Audiences of the Evaluation
    • Limitations of the evaluation and explanation of disclaimers (if any)
    • Overview of report contents (suspend this until the final paper)
  3. Chapter 3 Focus of the Evaluation
    • Description of the evaluation object
    • Evaluation Approach (Discuss what evaluation approach you will use as framework for evaluation. Remember that your evaluation approach or framework will help you determine your evaluation question. By the way, you can combine approaches).
    • Evaluative questions or objectives used to focus the study
    • Information needed to complete the evaluation.
  4. Chapter 4 Evaluation plan and procedures
    • Information collection plan; design of study
    • Overview of evaluation instruments
    • Overview of data analysis and interpretation

Chapter 5: Presentation of evaluation results ( since no results yet to analyze, just dummy results and interpretation)
