2021 New Faculty Orientation

When teaching, one of the critical actions we have to do is to give feedback to the learner. 

 Feedback is the information given to the learner regarding a performance or behavior that is demonstrated after or during a teaching activity. The instructor gives  an insight on the action and consequences of that action.  Feedback is given for the purpose of improving performance or behavior.
