A friend from a different class mentioned to our friend group how he filled out some forms himself and made up answers to add more data to his data collection since some of the respondents failed to get back to them. We told him off and encouraged him to be honest in the reporting of his data collection. They reported their data, presented their study, and still got a good grade for it.
