1, 2.  I have not done an online forum in the past and during the pandemic.

3. Yes, I shall include an online forum with my students who are clinical clerks in the Cebu Institute of Medicine.  I am part of the Department of Family and Community Medicine. With the shift to online platforms as a teaching strategy, I shall use online forums to discuss with my students on the current issues hounding our nation, particularly the onslaught of the pandemic on poverty, sufferings, economic dislocation, illness and death among our citizens.   The effects of the pandemic on public health,  the health and well being of the nation, particularly on poor communities.  Overwhelmed hospitals, sick or dead frontliners fearing for their lives, nurses and health workers resigning and deprived of hazard pay and due compensation, ordinary people who fear to go to hospitals and health centers for treatment, cancer and renal failure patients not being able to have their chemotherapy and dialysis. The effect of the economic dislocation on the health of the people -- children getting malnourished, patients not being able to buy their maintenance medicines, not being able to eat healthy food anymore thus lowering their immune system. I have a course on Philippine health care system where these will be discussed.  I also have a course on DOH programs and health policies where programs and policies related with COVID-19 shall be discussed. I can design more courses related with challenges of the academe and the medical sector in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, where students shall give their opinions on how best they can respond to the pandemic.
