1. Throwing a baseball overhead

1.1. Tricep Branchii
Action: Extends forearm at elbow joint
Innervation: Radial nerve (C8)

1.2. Anterior Deltoid
Action: Abducts arm, extension of posterior fibers and laterally rotates arm, flexion of anterior fibers and medially rotates arm
Innervation: Axillary nerve (C5-6) 

2.Kicking a ball

2.1. Iliacus
Action: flexes thigh, flexes pelvis on the thigh (if thigh is fixed)
Innervation: Branches of ventral primary rami (divisions) of spinal nerves L2-L4, branches of femoral nerve

2.2. Quadriceps femoris
Action: extends knee, rectus femoris flexes the thigh
Innervation: femoral nerve

3. Doing sit-ups

3.1. Rectus Abdominis
Action: Flexes the trunk
Innervation: Intercostal nerves (7-11), subcostal nerve

3.2. Internal Oblique
Action: Bilateral contraction compresses abdomen. Unilateral contraction ipsilaterally rotates the torso
Innervation: Thoracoabdominal nerves (T7-11), Subcostal nerve (T12), branches of lumbar plexus

4.Breathing

4.1. Diaphragm
Action: Inferiorly pushes abdominal viscera
Innervation: Phrenic nerve (C3-5)

4.2. Internal intercostal
Action: Prevent intercostal space from sucking in during respiration
Innervation: Intercostal nerves (T1-11)
