Thoughts on 'Effective Practices of Research Supervisors...'

1. I share the same thoughts with the findings of the study particulary the effective practices under the functional and critical thinking models.
2. There seems to be institutional, resource-related, supervisee-, supervisor-related and other factors that affect research supervision.
3. I could relate most with the functional and critical thinking models since many would just do research because it is a requirement during training.
May I ask to please clarify the part on the table about the Enculturation conceptual model on the subtheme Diagnosing deficiencies and remediation. I wonder how Disengaging and opting for supervisees to have another adviser is under Effective practice.
