There are several challenges in Surgery in as far as Clinical Teaching
1. More time spent in the operating room
Solution: Make the operation experience a structured learning experience
2. Directness to pertinent information
Solution: Guides to direct learners what should be emphasized for example "what is surgically important"
3. fatigue
solution: program long operations with intermittent breaks and maybe gather insights and reflection
