I have had/completed two mentoring groups (5 years each) so far. So I was a "mentor". But honestly, I did not seem to get/know the objectives of what to mentor. Much less be aware of the qualities needed to be one.
Maybe a mentor by name :) How do you think you can improve on being a mentor?
