Based on the Ottawa 2010 Consensus and Recommendations, the test is NOT GOOD based on the following points:
1. FEASIBILITY - the assessment checklist is too long and difficult to accomplish maybe some constructs and items can be simplified for it to be content valid at the same time realistic and practical to accomplish by a clinical teacher.
2. VALIDITY - since no students has ever gotten a failing mark, there might be a question on the content of the assessment tool, if it really measures what it intends to measure ACCURATELY. A review of the tool might be necessary to address this issue.
3. CATALYTIC EFFECT - the assessment should provide for an effective INDIVIDUAL FEEDBACK which enhances learning. Group Feedback might not be as effective as individual feedback.
4. EDUCATIONAL EFFECT - through constant feedback after each week of formative assessment, each student should be able to demonstrate improvement in their skills and knowledge and must be reflected or shown in the assessment tool.
