I agree with descriptive feedback as one of the valuable tools for assessment rather than giving a numeric grade alone because learning is an unending process. It doesn't mean to say that if you got a perfect grade of 100%, learning will stop. DEscriptive feedback will direct the student for further improvement or enhancement of the learning process.
