What major challenge do you think you will encounter in applying what you have learned from anatomy?
Considering the remote learning environment that I’ve been thriving in during my Senior High School years and my 1st semester as a UPCN student, one major challenge I perceive in applying what I have learned from anatomy is the fact that I have only studied all the lessons through the modules, reference videos and books, and virtual discussions. Lately, I noticed that I comprehend the topics better if I were able to participate in activities that would allow me to apply my learnings from the course in real-life situations.

What are your plans to overcome this challenge?
From my perspective, studying anatomy and physiology is really challenging; nevertheless, I enjoy it as I see its utmost importance in my life as a nursing student. To overcome the overwhelming feeling of having to process all the information while in a virtual learning set-up, I plan to expound more on the topics by watching more videos providing applications of the different topics and chapters. Through this, I would be able to engage myself further — more than just studying through the various resources like books and modules. I also believe that doing so would prepare me in applying my knowledge of anatomy once we conduct onsite activities in the future. All this while reminding myself to take my time in absorbing all the lessons as having an in-depth comprehension also emanates from a mind and body prepared and equipped to process new significant learning each day.
