One concept I think that stood out to me the most is the Innate Immunity. I just think it is so cool that our body has its own defense system, both external and internal, that helps the body be safe harm. Its also helpful to be knowledgeable with such topic as it does not only help us appreciate our body but rather help the body do its processes more efficiently if experiencing such infections and harm.
