“Good Nutrition is a foundation of a child’s survival, health, and development”.

A proper nutritional intake of a child is essential for the developing and growing body he/she has. The correct feeding promotes regular mental and physical development of one’s body. In the study of preconception care, it stated that nutritional deficiency is one of the causes of acquiring disease and illnesses during and after pregnancy. Hence, this justifies the importance of acquiring adequate amount of nutrients the body needs. It does not only prevent the child’s body from being infected by diseases, but also provides the body enough energy and necessities to work in full potential.
