I haven't really experienced implementing or managing a curriculum because apparently the PE Department right now doesn't follow a Curriculum for the PE program.
So I think my challenge right now would be to propose to my boss to try this new Curriculum that I am making. I honestly find this scary and challenging because I am just a new faculty member and I don't carry that much work experience in the Academe. I am hoping through multiple discussions with my boss and my fellow faculty members, we would be able to make a better Curriculum to further elevate the PE program and enhance the learning experience of the students.
