MY ASSESSMENT PLAN FOR MY UNIT OF INSTRUCTION
Task
After discussing evaluation concepts and the various assessment methods that can be used in assessing clinical performance in the workplace, your task is to create an assessment plan with a view of using assessment FOR learning. Programmatic assessment is quite a challenge to design, but you can try to apply its principles and concepts in your selection of assessments that align well with your teaching-learning strategies, learning outcomes, and foci of experience.
Procedure
1. Based on the foci of experience, learning outcomes, and teaching-learning strategies that you formulated in your previous assignments, identify possible sources of assessment information that will best measure the outcomes.
2. Identify the most appropriate assessment method/s which will allow gathering the right information needed to be able to decide on the performance of students. Specify formative and summative assessments.
3. Follow the following format:

Description of the Clinical Unit of Instruction: (describe the type of students, year level, clinical setting, length of training, number of clinical faculty, types of patients and approximate number, description of services usually rendered)
Foci of Experience:

4. Come up with a grading system by identifying all assessment methods to be used and how a clinical student’s final grade will be arrived at.
Don’t forget to include the signed academic integrity statement at the last page of your work.
