Google Workspace Training for UPM Employees 2023

Objective: To be able to create electronic presentations from various sources

Instructions:

1. Visit any site that contains information worth creating an electronic presentation about. Examples are:
   • https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_the_Philippines_Manila
   • https://www.britannica.com/list/new-seven-wonders-of-the-world
   • https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philippine_General_Hospital
2. Open Google Slides. Create a new presentation. Choose a theme.
3. Add content to your presentation from out of your selected source (from #1).
4. Make sure that you mention the site's URL as your source for the presentation (usually in the last slide).
5. Once you're done with the presentation, go to the first slide and make a screenshot that shows:
1. The entire width of the window, and
2. Both the upper part of the window (showing the presentation title and your profile image) and the content.
6. See the attached sample screenshot of a Google Slides presentation for your guidance.
7. Download your presentation file as PDF.
8. Submit both the screenshot and PDF file.
