Task
After looking into the issues that contribute to the gap between student learning in the classroom and in the clinical setting, reflect on what this all means to you as a teacher and how you plan to do to narrow this gap. Express these thoughts in a reflection paper.
Procedure

2. Reflect on what this means to you and how you see it in your own setting by answering the following questions:
a. What are the issues that you see in your own clinical training programs that contribute to this gap?
b. What does all this mean to you? How does it relate to you own educational philosophy, learning theory and instructional theory? How does it affect you and your work as a clinical educator?
c. Considering these issues and your own beliefs and values in teaching and learning, what do you plan to teach in the clinical setting and how do you plan to do it?
