Part 1
Overview:
Throughout the whole program, you went through the various stages of program development, from problem identification and prioritization, problem analysis, goal and objective formulation, goal clarification, strategy formulation, and evaluation design, among others. In between, you learned how to use planning tools to enhance your program planning process. You also deepened your understanding of organizational theories, principles, etc.
This final project should be a summative demonstration of your ability to integrate organizational theories, program planning principles, educational leadership, organizational behavior, and continuing quality improvement in the development of program for organizational development and change. This paper should also be the venue for embedding all your papers into one complete portfolio.
