Exercise #4.1: Research Proposal Presentation Schedule (Group Task)

Due: Wednesday, 6 October 2021, 5:00 PM

Plot your preferred Research Proposal Presentation schedule in the shared Google Sheet.  Please make sure that your indicated schedule has already been coordinated with your Research Adviser as they are expected to attend your presentation; and that your Experts Panel members have agreed to the schedule (a conforme from each Experts Panel member is expected).  You may access the shared Google Sheet using the following link:

EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED on Wednesday, 06 October 2021, 5:00PM

Research Groups that have not plotted their research presentation schedule by 06 October 2021, 5:00PM, will be randomly scheduled to the available slots.

Please note that the Research Group must inform the Department of Community Dentistry of their final research proposal presentation schedule by sending an e-mail to mfmendoza3@up.edu.ph and commdent.cd.upm@up.edu.ph (with your entire Research Team and the Experts Panel members CC'd) at least a week prior your scheduled presentation.  This will be Exercise #4.3 (please see the instructions for Exercise #4.3).  The following information must be provided in the e-mail:

    • title of research proposal
    • members of the Research team
    • members of the Experts Panel
    • date and time of presentation including the Presentation Room number
    • copy of Research Proposal (may be an updated version of the one submitted for Exercise #4.2)
