1. Introduction and rationale
Provide a short discussion of the curriculum you are developing and its rationale.
2. Stakeholders Analysis
Identify relevant stakeholders and collect data from these groups to acquire comments/recommendations/observations of stakeholders regarding the curriculum.
- You will have to do some survey, or FGD to generate the needed data.

3. Analysis of Curricular Effects
What would be the effect of the proposed curriculum to other aspects of the school system?
4. Transform competencies to Intended Learning Outcomes
Identify relevant competencies based on results of your stakeholders' analysis. Perform a task analysis and transform into your curriculum's ILOs.
