Bilang mag-aaral ng Kolehiyo ng Medisina ng Pamantasan ng Pilipinas Manila, paninindigan ko ang katapatan at katotohanan. Hindi ako magsisinungaling, manlilinlang, o magnanakaw ng gawain ng iba. Bilang manggagamot sa kinabukasan, uunahin ko ang kapakanan ng aking mga pasyente.
As a student of UPCM, I uphold honesty and truth. I will not lie, cheat or steal someone else’s work. As a future doctor, the welfare of my patients will always come first.

By answering this exam, I agree, on my honor, to neither give nor receive any help on this exam from other examines or any other individual. I also understand that providing answers to questions on this exam to other examines is an academic violation; as well as, receiving answers to questions from other examinees, or any other individual, and reproducing the questions of this exam. It is important to me to be a person of integrity and that means that ALL ANSWERS on this exam are my answers. If I should fail to comply with this statement, I understand the consequences that will follow my actions. This includes receiving a zero for my grade on the examination and with the possibility of expulsion from the university.
