- Hypertensive complications of pregnancy such as preeclampsia, eclampsia, chronic hypertension and with superimposed preeclampsia & gestational hypertension

Poor obstetric history such as history of preterm births, neonatal deaths, intrauterine fetal demise, recurrent pregnancy losses and congental anomalies.

- Perform independently the following procedures:
- blood extraction and venoclysis
- Leopold’s maneuver and estimation of fetal weight
- Complete pelvic examination and clinical pelvimetry
- Cervical and vaginal smear for Pap test, culture and TMG
- NGT and urethral catheter insertion
- Intramuscular, intravenous injections and blood transfusion
- Normal delivery, local anesthesia, episiotomy, episiorrhaphy and perineorrhaphy or 1st and 2nd degree tears and postpartum monitoring
- Cervical inspection post partum
- Vaginal packing
- Initial resuscitation of newborn
- Family planning procedures like IUD insertion, removal and assist in tubal ligation
- Assist in minor and major gynecologic operations
