III. Face-to-Face Activity and Orientation

Provide additional details needed for their face-to-face activity, such as what to prepare for, and how they are expected to perform and act when they are in the Ear Unit. If there will be an orientation prior to the respective schedules, provide GMeet/Zoom links in the 'Description' portion.
