Given the 2 desired outcome statements, identify or list the evaluative data to collect, and formulate the evaluation statement for each of these statements. Refer to the study guide for further instructions. You can also use the table as template for working on these activity.
Desired Outcome 1: The client will demonstrate a temperature within normal limits after nursing interventions. (Note: client is 37 y/o)
Desired Outcome 2: The client will relate fewer or no instances of injuries from falls.
