It has been more than 3 years since the COVID-19 virus changed our lives forever. This pandemic has brought about a significant threat not only to our physical health but also to our mental health. Therefore, it's not surprising that the number of people suffering from the debilitating claws of mental health problems have exponentially increased in such a short period of time.
So the question is, how do you take care of your mental health? This discussion forum will also serve as a way for us to get to know you as we start the course.
