Hi! I am Mikyla Guisihan, but you can call me Miky. I’m excited to finally take this course to become more prepared and confident in handling emergencies and helping others during times of crisis. Having worked with a community that experienced a fire and significant distress, I hope to gain more practical skills and real-life strategies that will help me become a more effective nurse that offers holistic care to various populations. This semester, my goal is to be a nurse who remains composed, thinks clearly, and makes a significant impact when it counts most.
