As a Clinical Instructor in the Delivery Room (DR), I definitely feel the pressure for both the Clinical Instructor and students, especially when your handling students who are new to the area. They are expecetd to think and act fast which can make them more anxious, often forgetting what was learned in class. As an instructor, I can definitely feel how difficult it is to supervise your students and the juggle between the responsibility of ensuring patient safety.
