From Group 1:

Cases of foreign body obstruction in the ear among pediatric clients are common in emergency room of hospitals. You are aware that infants and young children poke objects like their food and toys in their ears during play. As a nurse, what can you include to the health teaching for parents and caregivers to manage these situations and prevent similar occurence in the future?

Hello! Simply put, the nurse must emphasize to the parents to avoid giving tiny toys to infants and young children that could be poked or trapped inside their ears. Small toys are also at risk of being swallowed by infants and young children.
