Immunity refers to the body's capacity to defend itself against harmful microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, parasites, and other foreign substances. Incorporating the principles of immunity into daily life involves a holistic approach to health and well-being. It made me realize that our body works so hard in protecting us and that we should protect ourselves as well. We should be mindful of what we are taking, getting enough quality sleep, managing stress through relaxation and maintaining proper hygiene contribute to overall immune health.
