The patient has been diagnosed with a viral infection, which has resulted in his inability to move muscles on his right side, loss of taste, dry mouth, and inability to close his right eye. It can be noted that his Cranial Nerve VII (facial), Cranial Nerve IX (glossopharyngeal), Cranial Nerve X (vagus), and Cranial Nerve III (oculomotor) have been affected by the viral infection.
