Dear students,
This is to inform everyone that we will start the clinical rotation part of our course with an orientation on Monday, April 17, 2023. The orientation will be held in the Auditorium at 8:00 am. Please be in your complete CHN uniform. Bring your PHN bags on Monday. CHN uniforms and PHN bags will be checked as well.
Some reminders before the start of fieldwork:
1) Please make sure to have your MMDST kits ready.
2) Download and review the assessment tools used for individual clients.
3) Ensure you have complied with the health requirements before clinical duty. (e.g., complete booster/ immunization)
4) Make sure you have a passing grade in N13 for you to be able to proceed with N12 clinical rotations. N12 and N13 are co-requisites.
