I think I find the relationship between the lymphatic system really interesting, specifically the process of inflammation. I find it really interesting because it is the process in which our body fixes and heals itself whenever we get injured. It was interesting reading about how when we have an infected area, there are stages in which our body will locate and immediately get started on disinfecting, healing and regenerating. I can apply this to my everyday life by being mindful that whenever I get an injury (i.e wound, scratch or cut) I will be mindful in ensuring that disinfect and be careful around the inflamed area in order to aid the process of inflammation and overall keep healthy from outside or foreign infections.
