I experience both the good stress which is the eustress and bad stress which is the distress. I experience eustress when I’m about to read a chapter from a book, at first the amount of pages are daunting but I also feel excited because I know I’m about to learn. Eustress is usually motivating, short-term, perceived within one’s coping abilities, feels exciting and improves performance. For distress, huge amount of school works and my old laptop are some of my stressors as these sometimes cause me anxiety, makes me feel unpleasant, decreases my performance and leads to mental and physical problems :( These clinical manifestations occur as a response to the stress as the stress triggers the release of hormones such as cortisol and norepinephrine
